Sharing my travel essentials for Spring Break.

I am dreaming of warmer weather as I see all the snow and feel all the cold outside here in Chicago. It’s just been a tough season to deal with. I have decided to set my sights on my family’s upcoming Spring Break trip to Florida. More on that below but first take a look at some things I would love to bring on this warm weather trip. These travel essentials for Spring Break will make your fun in the sun trip extra special.

Travel Essentials for Spring Break

Just a couple of thoughts when it comes to these items that I chose for your next warm weather vacation. You need to have a super cute beach towel like this pink lemonade one here and don’t forget to throw it in colorful beach tote. Make sure to wear sunscreen and this one from Coola is highly recommended. To take sun protection even further, grab this chic hat and sunglasses which will make you look like a glamorous celebrity.

Always bring a coverup that can also work as dress which makes packing your clothes in this carry-on much easier. I can never get enough of breezy dresses so consider adding this one to your wardrobe.

Is there anything missing from travel essentials? What are you must-haves for a beach vacation?

Our Spring Break Trip

At the end of March, we are heading to Florida to hit three more national parks. We have been on a quest to see as many of these as possible before our kids are out of the house. See this post here and here to see where we have been recently.

The plan is to see Everglades National Park, Biscayne National Park, and Dry Tortugas National Park. It’s all about the water this time around. I found us a very cool house on VRBO which is situated between all of these. (Hoping to share that experience in a separate blog post.)

Dry Tortugas National Park is not far from Key West which is farther that the other two parks from our rental home so the plan is to stay in Key West for the night before we spend the day at the Dry Tortugas. So excited to see all the marine life and relax in the sunshine.

Do you have any suggestions when it comes to these parks? Feel free to share if you have any insider tips. Are you headed anywhere warm (or cold) anytime soon?

Happy Wednesday! XO
