Tie Dye Take Two by Kathrine Eldridge, Wardrobe Stylist

It’s tie dye take two with these joggers/cargo pants by Sanctuary. Yes, I will admit that I have an obsession with tie dye. (Check out my favorite tie dye dress here.) Joggers have also made an appearance as the blog as well. So why not put these faves together for one cool casual look?

Carefree Cargo Pants by Santuary

These cargo pants were in my July box from Nuuly. Even though they call them cargo pants, they really feel like joggers when you put them on. I’m so glad that the bottoms of these pants cinch to the leg. They aren’t very flattering if you don’t keep it fitted. You don’t want them looking like capris do you? I won’t go into why capris aren’t my fave. That’s for another blog post.

The tie dye print has an edgy feel with its dark and light mix. There are cargo pockets at the sides which normally I wouldn’t like because it could add bulk to your frame. Because of the dark print, you don’t notice them.

I added my favorite tank of all time to keep the look streamlined. When you have so much going on on the bottom, I think it best to keep the top classic. I have worn this tank so much that it now has a hole at the bottom. (Conveniently hidden because of it being tucked in.) It’s just so soft! Do you have a item of clothing that you can’t bear to give up because it feels so good on? The good news is that it’s still around in stores so I will be purchasing another one asap.

We Have a Place to Live!

Finally there is some good news. My son got his room assignment at Indiana University. (Sigh of relief big time!) We now have a plan in place for him to start college. We will be heading out to Bloomington next Friday to move him into his dorm room. I am already a wreck thinking about my son leaving the house for an extended period of time. I would love to have your continued prayers as I navigate this new milestone with my son.

Happy Birthday to the Hubby and Happy Anniversary

My wonderful husband is turning 52 tomorrow. We are heading out to a distillery that is about 45 minutes away called Whiskey Acres with some friends. He loves his bourbon so I knew this would be the perfect place to celebrate. On Sunday, we will celebrate our 7 year anniversary which is on Tuesday. We will be going to the city for dinner at Tanta and then cocktails on the rooftop at London House. Lots to celebrate this weekend!

Take care my friends! XO
