Embroidered Tunic Dress by Kathrine Eldridge, Wardrobe Stylist

Dresses are sometimes the easy way to dress when it super hot outside. When I saw this embroidered tunic dress on Nuuly’s site, I knew I wanted that ease with this look. Being boho chic in summer has never been easier!

Carmen Embroidered Tunic Dress by Driftwood

I guess you can say that I’m a big fan of the brand Driftwood. These embroidered joggers from an earlier post are also by them. I ended purchasing them and the joggers are now a permanent part of my wardrobe. Renting clothes from Nuuly has really introduced me to brands that I would of never heard of. Back to this boho dress! The embroidery is so chic and I love how the dress is loose but doesn’t look like I’m wearing a paper sack. I think the structured short sleeves and sheath-like shape help with this. To make sure my legs didn’t look stumpy, I went with my higher wedge sandals.

Peri-Menopause Struggles

This post is short and sweet today because I am knee deep in peri-menopause symptoms. I am experience dizziness several times a day and my anxiety is through the roof. I will be having a tele health session with my primary care doctor today. To all you older woman out there – do you have any suggestions or tips on what works or worked for you during this change? Thinking about doing acupuncture or going to see a holistic doctor but so unsure of how to proceed. Prayers are welcome as well. πŸ™‚

Have a relaxed weekend! XO
